I wish I could give them 10 stars. Patrick is amazing. He helped me out with my smart car and knew immediately what was wrong with it. They went above and beyond in repairing my car quickly and really worked with me on the cost. I called so many people and they were the only ones willing to work on my smart car and accept an extended warranty. Patrick fought to get as much money from them as possible and really saved the day. Thank you again! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I knew when I went in for a PPI something was wrong, Pat did not take my contact info or anything to sign when I left. Said it was done 4 hours later, come in and a piece of paper showing brake pad depth printed on paper. Asked about lowering springs. 4.8 hours for the front and 4.8 hours for the rear for $1900. LOL. Took it to Werkshop with quote 2/3 less and 5 hours which is normal. I knew when Pat gave me the quote he was not an honest mechanic. If hes quoting $1900 I bet his estimates overall are higher. Pat, perhaps people know about cars more than you think. Well Werkshop began installation and noticed that the front strut was damaged, they were able to use the warranty to have this replaced at Carvana cost. If PPI was properly done it should have been found. I bet they didnt do anything, not even put it on the rack for inspection. I suspect they have not been doing PPI thoroughly with other customers, this is a scam in hopes of obtaining future business, I would avoid this shop like the plague.

Needed an oil change and Patrick helped me out. Amazing service and fair prices and will be coming back for all future services on my car!

Have been bringing my vehicle here for the last several years, always timely and skilled repairs. The level of workmanship and professionalism is impressive. Most recently I brought the vehicle in for an engine repair and after fixing the problem, they noticed a pulsation in the brake system during the test drive. The brakes were under warranty from when I had them replaced at the garage earlier this year so they replaced the parts free of charge, just as you'd expect any honest garage to do. Full recommendation for Pat and the team at SF Automotive. Update: Brought my vehicle to get serviced prior to towing a trailer for the first time since a gnarly accident involving towing a trailer. The team at SF automotive thoroughly inspected all components of the vehicle involved in successfully towing a heavy load long distance. Pat made thoughtful recommendations for the critical elements to address while being conscious of cost. Moreover, he was patient and assuring when my anxiety from the crash led me to be ask A LOT of questions. Why take your vehicle anywhere else?
