Took my '94 Mercedes in, looking for a bulb for a headlight. Patrick said that they didn't normally service cars as old as mine, but he did so, anyway. And at the end of his day. A small but critical service for me and a generous gesture on Patrick's part. The world -- and not just the auto repair world -- could use more professionals like him. Thank you.

On a road trip from the pacific northwest to San Diego, our car met with engine issues right as we entered SF. We immediately found All American Automotive on google, and although they were appointment-only, Patrick got us in right that morning and ran tests on our car. He and his team were honestly lifesavers and we would have probably broken down in the desert if it wasn't for them. We highly recommend checking them out if you run into car issues. It's never good timing to run into car issues, but his team made it as painless as possible for us. We're extremely thankful!

I had a water leak in my Audi Q5 and Patrick and his team were recommended to me. Patrick was a pleasure to deal with. Honest, to the point and most important has the best interest of the customer in mind. Really impressed. Highly recommend his services.

I called for a second opinion due to a catalytic converter issue that was diagnosed from another shop. The person I spoke with spent time walking me through options/alternatives and was super helpful and attentive. Ultimately he told me my car was safe to drive but I would 100% recommend this place & am looking forward to coming to them next time I need a mechanic.

I needed a special order Volvo tire replaced on my car. Patrick ordered the tire immediately & I arrived the next morning to have the new tire put on the rim. Unfortunately, he was still waiting for the tire delivery. I had a meeting at 1 pm, so it was doubtful that he would be able to receive the tire, switch it out on the rim, and balance the tire in time for me to make my meeting. He suggested that I take my car to a nearby Volvo dealer to determine if my tire was covered by a warranty. I went to the dealer where he sent me, and arranged to have the tire replaced much sooner than Patrick could have done. I wholly commend his honesty & fair dealing with only my interests in mind. He essentially gave away business for himself to save me money & to ensure that the work be done on time. Rarely have I come across such a honest businessperson. A terrific experience with an incredibly helpful & thoughtful person.
