I can say enough great things about Patrick in Service. I was having problem with my clutch pedal in my Mini Cooper so I took it to the Dealership here in Europe thinking they would diagnose the problem. Instead I received a call an hour later with a laundry list of things that needed to be changed in the car including a battery which I just changed a month ago! and with the language barrier I couldn't really understand fully the diagnostic. Originally from San Francisco, I thought my best bet was to speak to someone that first speaks english and second, was highly reputable with great customer service. The minute Patrick answered the phone, I could tell he generally wanted to help even though I was 10,000 miles away. He was very attentive to my questions and concerns and responded in layman terms so I could easily understand. So grateful for your help Patrick and I can only imagine if I were a customer bringing my car to him, he would provide the same 5 star service.***** This World needs more Patricks...

Phenomenal service. Patrick was easy to get in touch with, communicative and very professional. They did a thorough job to fix the clutch issue with my old wrangler as well as provide a tune up, all at a fair price. Its the best she’s driven in years! Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future!

My 2012 Clubman seemed to be losing power, so when the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT went on, I initially brought it to Mini of Marin, where I bought it and had it serviced every year since purchase. Mini of Marin was unable to resolve the light and told me I needed a new engine. With just 63, 000 miles on the car, I went looking for a second opinion. Within five minutes of talking to the owner of San Francisco Automotive Solutions, Patrick Banta who answered the phone, I knew I had dodged a bullet. From the answers I gave to a battery of questions asked, Pat said that he thought that all my troubles would be fixed with a new clutch. A couple weeks later, Pat and his team put in a new clutch and my Clubman not only has its full power back, but a better than new, silky-smooth clutch pedal, as well! Terrific shop staffed by knowledgeable and terrific people.

Patrick was extremely helpful and very nice. I thought I had a bigger issue at hand on my Jeep yet I was just using the incorrect lightbulbs. The service was very timely and he was able to fit me in the morning I text the business. I am 100% going back here for all my Jeep needs.

Patrick was very professional and very helpful with my pre purchase inspection. He was very detailed in his inspection.
