Patrick and the team here are amazing! Yesterday I visited the city alone, and my car broke down later that evening due to a bad alternator. They had a system in place that allowed me to tow it in after hours. Despite being fully booked with scheduled appointments, they took the time to communicate with me, diagnose my vehicle, and complete the repairs so I could make it home safely today. Everyone was kind, the work was done at what I felt was a reasonable price, and Patrick's lighthearted attitude made a stressful situation feel so much easier. I can’t say enough good things about Patrick and the team. They repaired my Jeep Wrangler’s engine, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Needed rotors and new brake pads and alignment. Was being quoted an arm and a leg at the OEM service center. Called in to Patrick and got a very reasonable and fair price. Much less than at the dealership service center. Work was done fast and everything is working great.
