I had such a great experience here! I had oil spill out all over my engine (my fault for forgetting to replace the cap) and brought my car in. Patrick was so kind to take the time to properly remove the oil which could have caused major damage or even a fire in the engine. Efficient. Friendly. Even followed up with me to make sure that I made it safely back to LA. A real class act.

Patrick and the team are great. They are always friendly and professional, and they complete their work on time at the agreed price. I trust them with all the preventative maintenance on my Honda.

I highly recommend San Francisco Automotive Solutions. After a disappointing experience with another shop Phaedrus in Nob Hill, I brought my 2009 BMW M3 here and the difference was night and day. From the start, the customer service was exceptional. Patrick the owner and mechanic Chris were incredibly helpful, transparent, and patient with all my questions and requests. They got my car back on the road in less than 12 hours. Which is an amazing feat for replacing the alternator and working on the A/C system efficiently and professionally. What stood out most to me was their genuine honesty and commitment to helping people. Patrick even shared a story about waiving a fee for a customer in need, something you rarely hear about these days. That kind of integrity goes a long way. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Pat and his staff are head and shoulders above the rest! I and my whole family have been taking our cars to SF Automotive Solutions for over 18 years and have always received great customer and auto service with thorough, clear explanations of what needs to be done, itemized receipts of what exactly was done, as well as a forecast of what will likely need to be done in the future so that I can be prepared. They really go above and beyond!

Patrick is awesome, his shop does great work at a fair price (and fast turnaround). He is very proactive with his communication so you always know what the status of the diagnosis/part sourcing/repairs is. There is a high attention to detail and an obvious pride and ownership in all of the work that they do. In the past I’ve gotten tires replaced and a rearview mirror fixed. This time I had a ruptured brake fluid line fixed - Patrick found a place he could get the part overnighted from (mfg was going to take several days), and I was able to pick my car up the next day. They also proactively replaced a burnt out taillight light and just charged me for the bulb - thank you!

I always will recommend SF Automotive solutions. Great service, good turnaround time and quality work. My car’s front bumper and grille were in bad shape but it was fixed up within a 3 days and looks brand new. 10/10 experience and highly recommend.

Brought my Honda Accord in to fit a gravel shield on the bottom of the car. Excellent service cannot recommend enough.
