My 2010 Mazda 3 had major engine issues while driving on 101 so I had it towed to Patrick and his team at SF Auto Solutions. Patrick was incredibly kind and patient as he explained to me what the potential issues may be. He gave me a best case and worst case scenario. The next day he gave me a call to let me know that he had personally inspected the car and it was, unfortunately, the worst case scenario. We ended up donating the car but I now know that I have found my SF mechanic going forward. The care and customer service I received from Patrick and his team for a car which wasn't going to be a big ticket repair proved to me that they simply care about their customers, period.
