Patrick and his team are amazing and super helpful! I took my car to the BMW dealership with a dead battery, where they tried to sell me an extra 48V battery I don't need which would have cost me $8k with parts and labor. Patrick was a great advocate for me right off the bat. He called out the inconsistencies in the dealership's story, did proper due diligence, and saved me thousands of dollars! He also pointed out extra issues the dealership never flagged to me when I was buying the car, which I'm grateful for. Had a great experience! Incredibly easy to schedule an appointment to get my transmission/brake fluid changed. I got text reminder when my car was ready for pickup. Reasonable prices compared to many others in the area which possibly was the best feature. I’d definitely come back again.
