I called for a second opinion due to a catalytic converter issue that was diagnosed from another shop. The person I spoke with spent time walking me through options/alternatives and was super helpful and attentive. Ultimately he told me my car was safe to drive but I would 100% recommend this place & am looking forward to coming to them next time I need a mechanic.

I needed a special order Volvo tire replaced on my car. Patrick ordered the tire immediately & I arrived the next morning to have the new tire put on the rim. Unfortunately, he was still waiting for the tire delivery. I had a meeting at 1 pm, so it was doubtful that he would be able to receive the tire, switch it out on the rim, and balance the tire in time for me to make my meeting. He suggested that I take my car to a nearby Volvo dealer to determine if my tire was covered by a warranty. I went to the dealer where he sent me, and arranged to have the tire replaced much sooner than Patrick could have done. I wholly commend his honesty & fair dealing with only my interests in mind. He essentially gave away business for himself to save me money & to ensure that the work be done on time. Rarely have I come across such a honest businessperson. A terrific experience with an incredibly helpful & thoughtful person.

I brought in my 15 year old Mercedes after I had a major problem in the middle of the night. Patrick and his team looked into it the next morning and gave me a very detailed and easy to understand outline of the repairs needed. He was very conscious about cost. My car needed a LOT of work. SF Automotive handled everything and a week later, my Mercedes was running better than it has been in years. Patrick and his people do high quality work, are very responsive, and I consider them one of the most trustworthy businesses I have ever worked with. I'm definitely going back the next time I need something!

This was my first time finding my own auto shop in San Francisco. I was so impressed by the quality service and warm reception from Patrick at SF Automotive Solutions. The online booking was quick and they were expecting me at the appropriate time. Patrick helped run down the estimated costs and kept me updated every step of the way with printed and emailed receipts. My car was meticulously inspected, all filters changed, and a brand new battery to replace my almost-dead one. The pricing was very fair and the service was completely worth it. I called for clarification on a quote I received elsewhere, and Patrick was immediately accessible and helpful with all of my questions. It didn’t matter to him where I had the work done so long as I was taken care of. I decided to keep it where it is and to move forward with the current quote, but I would definitely bring my baby here in the future!

So grateful that I came to SF automotive solutions. Patrick was a great communicator, the team worked fast, and my car came back in great condition. I had to get a lot of work done (unfortunately) but this team did wonderful work and my baby is back on the road running perfectly.

Stopped by after phoning to see if they could sort out my Mercedes ML350 key fob. They could, and did quickly. VERY happy with the results and plan to book some maintenance in with them soon.
