I came to SF automotive with a flat tire and a tight schedule- Pat and his team were incredibly helpful the entire way through. As soon as I called to inquire, he went ahead and ordered a replacement tire, just in case it couldn't be patched, to help guarantee I could get the car home to San Jose that evening. I hadn't even shown up yet! Once I got there, he and his team were very informative and clearly communicated everything the whole way through. They are definitely professional and quite good at what they do- offering additional insight and advice beyond what the job would require. I appreciated his flexibility in accommodating my needs and definitely felt well taken care of! You are in good hands with them. If I lived in SF, I'd be a regular.

Absolutely so grateful I got referred to this place for my BMW!! Patrick the owner was so honest, well informed and kind. Sometimes as a woman I definitely feel like I get jerked around at auto-shops or talked down to like I couldn't possibly know what was going on w my car. But not here!! He even pulled up a graphic on a flat screen of my cars engine and pointed out the issues so I could totally visually understand. And to boot my car serviced here was half the cost the BMW dealership quoted me!! It's super clean and modern and a well equipped space in SOMA. I was headed to a wedding out of town and needed the car back by the next day and they pulled it off w flying colors. They specialize in Audi, BMW and other luxury cars. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!! Thank you Patrick!!

Best auto repair service ever!! Brought my Hyundai in yesterday for a disturbing, ever-increasing squeaky rattling sound, and was blown away by the wonderful comprehensive service! Bill explained to me the probable causes (a loose belt,) including a video showing me how the belt works (or when it doesn't!) with the exact sound my car made - bingo, problem identified! He also discovered a leaking water pump, and was able to fix all in one day. So grateful!!! I really appreciated Bill's patience in answering my questions, and clear explanations. And he even washed the car to boot!! I met Pat when came to pick up my car, and he reviewed my charges, explaining thoroughly - so appreciate this great customer service! Both Pat and Bill made me feel like a very valued customer, thank you!! I will most definitely be back, highly recommend!!
