Pat, Bela, and their team has kept my BMW running like new despite its 190,000+ miles. They're truly experts on all types of cars and deeply committed to their customers. On my latest visit, my battery had died, and my first text as always was to Pat. His shop uses text to message customers which is convenient and incredibly fast. Within minutes Pat let me know that, despite my failed attempts at jumpstarting, I should let AAA take a shot because they can put more juice in. Sure enough, the battery started, and I was able to take the car up to SF for Pat to take a look. He wanted to check the battery's health and make sure there was no parasitic drainage. He noted that the battery I had (installed in the trunk on my BMW) was the wrong size and was drained but luckily there was no problem with the electrical system in my car. While replacing the battery, his tech noted that the radiator was cracked and my belt tightener was broken. Pat graciously provided a loaner, and I returned two days later with my BMW in perfect condition. Instead of getting saddled with new car payments, with San Francisco Automotive Solutions, I expect to keep driving my ultimate driving machine well past the 200,000 mile mark!

For years I took my Cadillac to the dealership. Every time I left I felt happy to have my truck back but conflicted knowing I was overpaying for subpar work. Enter SF Automotive; I took a chance and brought my truck here for 100,000 mile service and I’ll never take my truck anywhere else ever again. Patrick was honest about what needed to be repaired, recommended what was most important, and what work could wait if cost was an issue. Everyone knows car repairs and maintenance are not fun and can cost a chunk of money you weren’t prepared to spend, but having people who don’t BS, get straight to the problem and stand behind their work like these guys do, definitely takes the sting out of going to the repair shop.

Note to self: When your battery fully dies make sure it's in front of these guys' shop. (this really happened) Great experience with Patrick and the team. We were in a jam and they were able to replace the alternator and battery on our Lexus quickly. This shop is really cool too. Professionals all around. Our car is running smooth again.
