J.A. was driving on the 101 Freeway in his BMW when his radiator failed. He realized right way that it was completely blown out and would probably need to be replaced. He was able to get his car to San Francisco Automotive Solutions that evening.
"My radiator blew on Thursday night and I rolled my BMW into the shop around 5:30pm," says J.A. in his online review. "They had it replaced by the end of the day Friday."
The auto repair technicians at San Francisco Automotive Solutions had no problem replacing the radiator in J.A.'s BMW. We were able to get the right part, have it installed and make sure it was tested for quality and performance. After everything checked out, we gave the customer a call to let him know his car was ready on Friday afternoon. However, J.A. lives in Danville, so getting back to the shop proved to be a challenge. He wasn't able to come in by the end of the day on Friday and San Francisco Automotive Solutions is closed on the weekends. We are always happy to help out our customers, though, so we made special arrangements to help J.A.
"Someone called me Saturday and told me he was in the shop, and that he would wait for me to pick up my car," adds J.A. "Now that is great service. I will take my car back to them whenever I have a problem, even though they are 25 miles away. Highly recommended!"
