I brought my 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser to have the AC system checked for leaks since the AC was not blowing cold air anymore. I received a text message on the same day regarding the issue and fix with photo of the culprit. I gave the consent to fix and it was fixed accordingly. Pat, the owner of the shop, recommended a new condenser in the future and added that the existing one was bent but still useable. No leaks were detected. I will be bringing my TLC back to this shop for maintenance in the future. I like the way Pat runs this shop. It is clean and well kept. I like the way he uses technology to keep his customers informed and keeping them in the loop instantly. Also like the invoice being sent via text and no surprises. Very up front! Highly recommend.

Despite all the craziness going on during COVID19, Patrick and the team here made a stressful car repair situation easy, seamless, stress-free and cost effective. They got the repair done Super fast and I couldn’t be any happier!

Patrick and the team at SF Auto SAVED us! I commute to SF 2-3 days a week from Sacramento. Morning checking out of hotel, car won’t start. Breaking down in the busy Financial District during rush hour is everyone’s worst nightmare, right? I Had a horrible experience with several tow trucks and shops that declined to tow and service the vehicle and ultimately it was 4 hours before we landed at SF Auto. Patrick took us in right away and promptly ordered the part he suspected was failing. A mere 3 hours later, the part had been delivered and installed and I was back up and running. Received several texts updates during the entire process. Happy ending to an otherwise tough situation. If I’m ever in need of auto help while in SF again this will be my Go To shop!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
