I have had a phenomenal experience with Patrick and his team. They are very reasonably priced and go above and beyond in terms of service. They have helped me with a lot of issues with my BMW 550i since moving to SF, and I’m so glad I came across this shop!

Patrick and the team at SF Auto SAVED us! I commute to SF 2-3 days a week from Sacramento. Morning checking out of hotel, car won’t start. Breaking down in the busy Financial District during rush hour is everyone’s worst nightmare, right? I Had a horrible experience with several tow trucks and shops that declined to tow and service the vehicle and ultimately it was 4 hours before we landed at SF Auto. Patrick took us in right away and promptly ordered the part he suspected was failing. A mere 3 hours later, the part had been delivered and installed and I was back up and running. Received several texts updates during the entire process. Happy ending to an otherwise tough situation. If I’m ever in need of auto help while in SF again this will be my Go To shop!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By far the best experience I have had with a full service automotive repair shop. The owner is incredible and really cares about taking care of fixing your vehicle the right way and getting you back on the road. I don’t write many reviews but this place deserves one.

Pat and his team are the best. Their knowledge and expertise is vast and deep. They always provide excellent friendly service no matter whether the issue is big or small and always in a timely, efficient and professional manner.

I had Pat and the team check over the mechanics on my 1999 VW Eurovan when I bought it last year. They've been handling the oil changes and servicing since then. Very approachable and friendly when discussing problems and solutions. Convenient SoMa location.

I am writing again to express my gratitude and continued support of Pat and his Technicians! Without going into details, a vandalism of my car (smashed front windshield) led me back to Pat (without an appointment) to help with a rusted bolt that could not be removed by the replacement glass company. Pat and his Tech, Ryan were able to get this bolt off (after applying a solution and waiting). If that bolt could not be removed....well you know what....$$$$$. Kudos to Pat and Ryan and All American Auto Solutions. Well....they found a "solution" and saved me a potential headache!! Peace
